Xage (pronounced "sage") pays tribute to the culinary traditions of central and southern Vietnam, with an emphasis on spices, freshness and balance. It's Vietnamese food like no other. We like to keep things simple, fuss-free, different and delicious. At Xage, it's all about home-style food in a buzzing street-side experience you'd want to enjoy every day. As of 2020, Xage has reopened for takeaway only, as a section within Bar Pesta by Xage.
One of the talents behind Xage is executive chef and owner Minh Nguyen. With his partner, Nhu, he also established Summerrolls, Sydney's original summer rolls specialist, and Madame Nhu, a pho eatery and bar.
